I was introduced to this project through a mutual connection and was soon invited to support the client in content production and management. Intrigued by the project's scope, I joined a workshop to define target groups just two months later.
Over the next six months, I created images, text, and newsletters. My favorite part was contributing to the website's content, which required empathy and research to resonate with customers.
Using frameworks like Design Thinking, we developed content that was both user-focused and SEO-friendly. However, since December 2021, I am no longer involved, and the website has since changed.
